Who we are

This site is operated by Gianluca Ferruggia, Unipessoal Lda, Porto Salvo, Portugal (VAT PT519403541), trading as Digica. For any question about this policy or your data, contact gianluca@digica.it.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us. If you book a call, use our contact form or send an email, that means your name, email address, company and anything you choose to tell us about your business. If you complete our growth brief, it also includes what you tell us about your growth challenges and goals, your budget and how soon you need results. While you fill in the brief, your answers are saved in your own browser's local storage so you can come back to them; they stay on your device until you send the brief, and are removed from your browser when you do. If you browse the site and accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records standard technical information such as pages viewed, clicks on our booking links, approximate location and device type. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.

Why we collect it

• To respond to enquiries, arrange meetings and prepare proposals, including from a growth brief you send us, on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it, on the basis of your consent, which you give or refuse in the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time through the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate: Calendly (scheduling), Basin (contact form and growth brief processing), Google (reCAPTCHA spam protection on the contact form), our email provider, Wix (website hosting) and Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics). See our Cookie Notice for the cookies involved. Some are located outside the European Economic Area, in which case transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence, including growth briefs, is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Google Analytics keeps event-level data for 2 months, then only aggregated reports remain.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email us and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD) in Portugal.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
