We collect only what you give us. If you book a call or send an email, that means your name, email address, company and anything you choose to tell us about your business. If you browse the site, our analytics provider records standard technical information such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate: our scheduling provider, our email provider, our website host and our analytics provider. Some are located outside the European Economic Area, in which case transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics data is retained according to our provider's default retention period.
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email us and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD) in Portugal.
