Built so machines can read it, not just people.

The technical work behind organic growth: sites, marketplaces and blogs engineered so search engines crawl them and AI assistants can quote them. Your developers build from our brief, or ours build it for you.

The problem

Can an AI assistant actually read your site?

Most modern sites render their content with JavaScript. Google manages it, slowly and unreliably. The AI crawlers now shaping who gets recommended — GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, CCBot — largely do not run JavaScript at all. If your pages assemble themselves in the browser, those systems see an empty shell, and your best content cannot be cited because it was never read.

AI website development services.

What you get

What we work on with you.

01

Content in the HTML, not assembled later

Server-rendered or pre-rendered pages so the full text is in the source. The single biggest lever on whether an assistant can quote you.

02

Crawl paths that actually resolve

Architecture, navigation, internal linking, sitemaps and bot rules that let crawlers reach every page you care about.

03

Structured data that describes the entity

Schema that tells engines what your organisation, services, articles and listings are.

04

Platforms built to scale

Marketplace category systems and blog platforms engineered for thousands of indexable pages without thin-content penalties.

How we work

Three steps, one engine.

01

Audit

We crawl the site the way an engine does, with and without JavaScript, and show you the gap between what a person sees and what a machine sees.

02

Engineer the fixes

Rendering, architecture, schema and performance. Usually your developers build from our brief; where you would rather hand it over, our in-house team builds it.

03

Verify against real crawlers

We re-test as Googlebot and as the AI crawlers, and keep checking as the site changes.

If a crawler cannot read it, it does not exist.

Every other growth investment — content, placements, positioning — depends on this working first.

FAQ

Questions we hear first.

Q

Who actually does the development?

Usually your team, working from our specification and brief. That is how most engagements run, and it keeps the knowledge inside your business. Where you have no development capacity, or would simply rather not carry it, we have an in-house development team who can build the whole thing. Both are genuine options.

Q

What platforms do you work with?

Anything we can get HTML out of. Custom stacks, headless CMS, Wix, WordPress, Webflow and framework apps. The constraint is rendering, not the brand of CMS.

Q

Is this just technical SEO?

It overlaps, but technical SEO tunes an existing build. This includes building the thing — the marketplace category system, the blog platform, the migration.

Q

Where should we start?

The machine visibility audit. It is fixed scope and tells you which of the others is actually costing you.
